These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "You") and clik4d (the "Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms apply to all users of clik4d regardless of geographic location within Indonesia — including users accessing the Platform from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Semarang, Palembang, and all other cities and provinces. Your continued use of clik4d after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To register an account on clik4d and participate in any betting or gaming activity, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
clik4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KTP, passport, driver's license, utility bill, or bank statement) at any time to confirm your age, identity, and residency status. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.
To create an account on clik4d, you must complete the online registration form and provide the following information: full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (IDR). You will also be required to create a unique username and a secure password meeting our minimum strength requirements (minimum 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character).
Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on clik4d. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If clik4d detects multiple accounts registered to the same individual (through IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, or other technical means), we reserve the right to suspend all related accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate any winnings or bonus credits. Only the original account will be retained; all subsequent accounts will be permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your clik4d username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. clik4d will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must immediately change your password and contact our support team. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify clik4d of the suspected breach.
Before processing your first withdrawal, clik4d is required by international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards to verify your identity. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be asked to upload clear, legible copies of the following documents: (a) a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph, and (b) proof of residential address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence). KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Withdrawals are placed on hold until verification is approved. clik4d reserves the right to request additional documents or information if initial submissions are unclear or incomplete.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000; maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and user tier. There is no maximum deposit limit for VIP-tier users.
Deposits are credited to your clik4d Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit does not appear in your Account within 15 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number and proof of payment (screenshot or bank receipt). clik4d does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees on their end.
You may request a withdrawal at any time via your Account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with AML regulations. If you have deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be allocated proportionally. Verified accounts enjoy expedited withdrawal processing — most withdrawals are approved and sent within 5 minutes during business hours (extended to 30 minutes outside business hours or during Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day). Unverified accounts may experience withdrawal delays of up to 72 hours pending KYC completion.
clik4d reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests under the following circumstances: (a) your account has not completed KYC verification, (b) there is evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion, (c) you have active bonus wagering requirements that have not been met, (d) your account is under investigation for Terms violations, or (e) the withdrawal amount exceeds your verified balance. If a withdrawal is refused, you will be notified via email with a detailed explanation and instructions for resolution.
clik4d periodically offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are published on the promotion page at the time of the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Bonus terms take precedence over general Terms in the event of conflict.
Unless explicitly stated as "wager-free", all Bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount as well) a specified number of times before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. This is known as the "wagering requirement" or "rollover requirement" and is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x). For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 1,000,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements — low-risk bets (e.g., betting both red and black in roulette) or bets below the minimum qualifying odds may contribute 0% or a reduced percentage.
clik4d has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and potential account termination: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, (b) using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., opposite-side betting, arbitrage, hedging), (c) depositing solely to claim a bonus with no intention of normal play, and (d) colluding with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes. clik4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse.
All sports bets placed on clik4d are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. For football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), full-time result means the score at the end of 90 minutes plus injury time — extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated. For live betting, clik4d reserves the right to suspend betting at any time and to refuse or limit bet amounts based on real-time risk assessment. Maximum payout per bet slip is Rp 50,000,000 for standard users and Rp 200,000,000 for VIP Black Diamond users.
All casino games and slot machines on clik4d operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the game information page. clik4d does not guarantee any specific outcome or winning frequency — all games are games of chance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game round is interrupted due to technical error, network failure, or software malfunction, the round will be voided and your stake refunded. If the game had already concluded before the interruption, the result stands and winnings are credited as usual.
For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games on clik4d, draw results are determined by official lottery operators and displayed on the clik4d platform within minutes of the official draw time. Bets placed after the official draw cutoff time will be void. Minimum bet is Rp 1,000 per line; maximum bet is Rp 500,000 per line for standard users. All togel winnings are paid at fixed odds as displayed at the time of bet placement. In the rare event of a discrepancy between the clik4d displayed result and the official operator result, the official result prevails.
In the event of an obvious error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect team names, incorrect match times, or technical glitches that display incorrect information — clik4d reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes. An "obvious error" is defined as an error that would be immediately recognizable to a reasonable user (e.g., odds of 1000.00 offered on a heavy favorite, or a listed match that has already concluded). clik4d will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and explain the voiding decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, clik4d and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account. clik4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your clik4d Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
clik4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Technical issues, network outages, server maintenance, and third-party service failures may occasionally occur. While we strive to minimize downtime and resolve issues promptly, clik4d is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by service interruptions. You acknowledge that online betting carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. clik4d is an entertainment platform, not an investment vehicle or a guaranteed source of income.
If you have a dispute or complaint regarding your clik4d account, a bet outcome, a withdrawal, or any other matter, you must first attempt to resolve the issue through our internal complaint process. You may close your clik4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available funds (subject to meeting any active bonus wagering requirements). Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to log in, place bets, or access account history. Account closures are permanent and cannot be reversed. If you wish to return to clik4d in the future, you must register a new account (provided you have not self-excluded).
clik4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to clik4d or other users. Upon termination by clik4d, all pending bets will be voided, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance may be refunded to you (minus any amounts owed to clik4d) or withheld pending investigation. clik4d is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for account termination decisions.
clik4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email, on-site notification banner, or announcement on the homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of clik4d after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of clik4d, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which clik4d is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using clik4d, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection laws.
